2. Defining the structure


Once Ana had a clear picture of the project's needs, she organised the content by categories to define the company values, mission, and treatments development to decide how different users would be served with existing and new content considering data analytics to improve engagement.

And, to better tell the story to the client, Ana created a storytelling customer journey map for each persona type to identify the opportunities for improvement considering the business goals and aligned it with site map tree wireframes.


Additionally, Ana gave her input on branding consistency and created a storytelling journey map for each user type to identify improvements and sell story to the client. The final deliverables were the prototype that Ana handover and collaborated with the outsourced engineering team through Figma.
