Straight after the introductions, Ana started digging into the project by doing a website audit of the site map and the content structured to understand all the connections (links) and identify the key components. Ana also looked at competitors' to identify what stakeholders liked and disliked about them. Follow by design review meetings where Ana presented the findings and discussed ideas with the team and stakeholders.

In addition to that, Ana did best of internet research on similar examples and user interactions so she could start aligning ideas with existing content. To prioritise the content, Ana used data analytics and collaborated with the strategists and the copywriters.
