The project started with a greet to the team and a kick-off meeting where Ana had a set of questions about the project (context, competitors, requirements, constraints, goals, problems, users) to understand how the team would like to collaborate with Ana and how her role would fit within the project team. Additionally, over stakeholders meetings, Ana learnt about the client's business.
