The problem
The landing pages were not serving well any of the user groups, financial journalists, investors and researchers with unclear storytelling of the company's purpose, values and mission.



The constraints

Considering the lack of UX knowledge and the time constraints, Ana pushed back on UI design and agreed with the stakeholders that she would follow part of the design process, excluding the user research and weekly delivery the site map tree wireframes and identify the key components to help the internal UI designer and the Art director in producing the visual in parallel.
The challenge

The initial challenge was to understand the unclear brief and agreeing on best design approach without time for research and with the outsourced engineers' team booked. Ana haven’t had a chance to fully understand the users and follow the desired design thinking process, with user interviews and card sorting, to identify relevant UX improvements, which drove Ana to work with the assumptions and make data-driven design decisions. Still, Ana loved this project because it felt like a rollercoaster.
