Without any visual materials available from the client or internal team, Ana needed to carry with the desk research to allow the imagination flow, so she could create an innovative outcome. In that context, the time constraints and the lack of design knowledge from the Delivery Manager (who though desk research was a waste of time) become a challenged. And, instead of spending many hours or days doing desk research, Ana spend only a few hours, because Ana couldn’t get to the desired outcome if any research wasn’t done.
