Using qualitative and quantitive data to make strategic decisions


The discovery phase was break-down between Data analytics (in collaboration with the PM), Analysis of personas (secondary research) and user interviews with the community and editorial team; Heuristic analysis to the existing journey to plan further user research, to apply usability best practises and to identify quick-wins. As well as, desk research and card sorting to define the information architecture with the editorial team (internal users).
