1. Refining the requirements


Once the team had the ‘test card’ and stakeholder’s requirements defined, as a designer Ana would look at the existing experience, identify the key components of the feature(s) and applied the UX and UI best practises. It would provide a list of quick-wins to be implemented within the existing experience.

Simultaneously, Ana focused on desk research, including best in class examples and the competitors analysis to re-designed the journeys and feature.
