Scientists, PhD students and marketing editorial teams need to do research to create innovation within their research topic in order to get founding but they spend hours collecting and aggregating relevant content for their research

The constraints
The project constraints were caused by the lack of human resources available on engineering and editorial team:

The accuracy of the content provided by the elastic search not excluding the items already pinned, limited the recommendations, as they were allowed to upload external files.
- The content provided by the elastic search required the review of human resources. It also made the engineering team automatically restrict recommendations triggered by a “related content” button to at least 4 recommendations
The challenge
Ana’s challenge was to create a single journey integrating the previous journey, which was also a design decision, that would:
- Allowed users to update and create new pinboards
- Make sure while creating new or updating pinboards, users would have at least 8 items pinned
- Deal with the platform constraints and lack of accuracy of the search engine results which conditioned the designs
