Define, Ideate and prototype
The ideation phase was done also in collaboration with stakeholders, engineers and marketing team either by creating paper or flowcharts wireframes, to define the features, product message (content), and to identify development constraints, before Ana created high-fidelity prototypes to present on weekly show&tell, to be implemented by the engineering team. The user insights were gathered post launch through user feedback and data analytics.
