2. Prioritising the content


The content was pretty much defined on the previous website, although the message sent to end users was causing frustration and putting users off in signing up. To overcome that issue, Ana collaborated with stakeholders and engineers to prioritise content and looked at data analytics to promote value.

Storytelling the homepage was essential to create high-fidelity wireframes and improving user engagement.
