At the beginning of the project, the existing team was crucial for Ana to find out who the users were and learn about JDR's purpose and values. Additionally, Ana used the existing JDR website and NHS style guidelines as a reference to create the JDR style guidelines.
The project officially started with a client kick-off meeting to understand the requirements, how the JDR team would like to archive those goals and to acknowledge the engineering constraints. It was followed by planning and agreeing with the Assigned manager on the deliverables and design approach.
