The context
The goal of this project was to create a service that allows users with health issues to shop healthy food wether it’s online or in person to then create a digital product. This project happened straight after client requirements were understood, within the design team prior to stakeholders workshops in person.
Ana worked as service designer, focus on visual, in collaboration with the internal team on gathering user insights from user interviews to define personas, identify business opportunties and create an ecosystem map to understand the relationships of the different actors and what gains/pains the users had within the health & shopping ecosystem.

The design approach
The whole team worked on UX strategy and on ecosystem map, where Ana’s main responsibility was to create the visual aspects of the project, such as the ecosystem (which it was never done), the slide decks and print materials to be carried by the team with stakeholders workshops in person.
As part of the visual design process, with limited access to the client branding or artefacts, Ana followed the following design process within a supportive and collaborative environment where the team were doing daily stand-ups and meeting weekly to check-in and make sure the work was aligned and on track with the Kanban board from the project timeline.
