2. Defining the experience
The qualitative and quantitative insights were used to define the user’ problems and what the team should focus on, where prioritisation methodologies were applied. Those insights were also used to defined personas, discover more user stories additionally provided by stakeholders, mapped the user flows, rebuilt the information architecture and validated with card sorting. At this stage the team also defined the user journeys in collaboration with stakeholders to fulfil business requirements aligned with the user needs.

3. Wireframing, prototyping and user testing
Once the wireframes were defined, the team prepared for user testing sessions with new and existing users by creating prototypes and writing scripts. Followed by stakeholders meetings to present back key findings and refine the initial business requirements. The outcome was validated with surveys and used to readjust the wireframes.
4. Design sprint
Once the team removed design and stakeholders’ assumptions with the users testing, the user insights were used to provide improvements to the final wireframes in 2 weeks sprint, working collaboratively a cross-functional team, with stakeholders and the engineering team. Once the components and wireframes were completed by the UX designers, the new visual design was applied by the Art director with the new branding style, who delivered high-fidelity wireframes.
