Design process
The design approach
The design approach was agreed with the business based on initial requirements, time and budget. It was shaped based on users problems discovered during the user research that happened straight after the kick-off meeting, following the following steps.
During the first 4 stages of the project — Mobilise, Empathise, Define and Ideate — Ana worked closely with different team members at the different phases. During the design sprint, the design team was split into 2 teams, one worked on landing pages with the marketing stakeholders from identifying the best service to onboarding the end client. While the second team, worked on portal for investments, where Ana worked on key components sitting across the full experience additionally on the self-management portal.
The art direction — branding and visual design — of the project was produced internally, in parallel to the components created by the left team, who performed as UX designers. During all the design process, the team collaborated closely with the engineers and stakeholders.
