The problem
When deciding what’s the best service to adopt, the users were overwhelmed and confused by the jargon and which service was right for them. It was emphasised by the lack of maturity in financial services.

For financial advisors it was difficult to manage and keep relationships with the client collaboratively and it was pretty much owned by a single individual.



The constraints

The project was migrated to a new infrastructure and it was design driven, no major constraints were considered.
The challenge

Diving into a new complex industry such as Finance, was a challenge and interesting project for Ana. To overcome that, Ana did desk research about financial terms and collaborated closely with the key stakeholders to understand jargon and concepts, so she could provide efficient UX improvements.
